Delete your account

You can permanently delete your GotoeSIM account and the personal data associated with it. This action is immediate and cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

Your account (name, email, password)
Your orders and eSIM records (ICCID, activation codes)
Your wallet balance and transaction history
Saved payment methods are detached at Stripe

Note: any remaining wallet balance is forfeited on deletion. Some records may be retained in anonymized form where required by law (e.g. tax/accounting).

To delete your account, please log in first, then return to this page (or use More → Delete account in the app).

Can’t access your account? Email support@gotoesim.com from your registered address and we’ll delete it for you within 30 days.
